From time to time, Possible organizes team building activities (team building) to encourage teamwork but in playful environments and activities that allow for a day to forget about work and the pressures of projects but allow people to interact with each other and get to know each other a little more as well.

Throughout the history of the company, different activities such as rafting or hiking have been carried out. Today we come to tell you about a day of paintball!

Introduction

This time we organized a speed motor day and yes… competition. Generally, the company organizes activities to promote the team such as rafting or paintball, but this time the workers wanted strong emotions and that the activity gave rise to laughter and a bit of “pique” among all.

That is why we decided to organize a day of karting, taking advantage of the good weather at the end of summer in Galicia, we moved the whole team by bus to one of the best kart tracks in the region.

The activity began with a few warm-up laps, followed by qualifying that would mark the position on the starting grid for the final race. Everything happened very fast and in 35 minutes the fun was over. However, the activity resulted in plenty of jokes, laughter, and memorable photos for the entire Possible team.

Where?

The Kartódromo de Valga, located approximately 45 min by car from Vigo and 30 min from Santiago de Compostela, is one of the most fun and in the best condition circuits in Galicia. In addition, the vehicles are cared for to perfection and it is one of the favorite destinations for amateurs and professionals to enjoy karting.

The circuit has a length of 850 meters of layout, a downhill chicane and differences in cant, slope that make the experience very fun.

This year’s activities have been a resounding success. The Possible team has not only enjoyed a wonderful weekend of play, but has also strengthened their relationship as a TEAM.
