Integria

Integria is a company based in Galicia, which develops programs for companies, SMEs and freelancers that are adapted to the specific needs of each sector. They developed a complete agile, secure, efficient and professional management software that will help us run our business with complete solvency.

The program consists of our own company section, where we can put all our documents to find and manage them easily. It is ideal for creating and adding expense invoices, and its functionalities cover, for example, time control tools that will help us in the future to dispense with other software and unify the company.

What is an ERP-CRM?

ERP stands for Enterprise Resource Planning, while CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. An ERP is focused on helping a business to function from within, that is, to plan the management of business processes (HR, commerce, operations, supply chains…etc.)

A CRM is customer-oriented and needs-oriented. Although it has functions that fully help the company, it tends to focus on customer acquisition, sales, and everything that surrounds the relationships with the buyer.

Integria presents software that makes a mix of both systems, which is why it is defined as an ERP-CRM. It has the features available to manage sales and also take care of customer relations.

How have we adapted?

Integria’s representatives have given us an exhaustive follow-up throughout our process of introducing their software. Once the trial period was over, we carried out the training with Santiago, the Integria representative who accompanied us in the purchase process.

The CRM is intuitive and has a simple and clean dashboard. We chose it among several options because it is very complete and at all times we were in contact with the commercial and technical staff, who helped us configure the system and answer questions.

Little by little, we have been entering the data that we previously saved in different programs: clients, invoices, expenses… etc. Over time, it has become the tool where we manage Possible and where we create our invoices.
